Where do we start? about us... it's not a long story. basically a couple of friends got tired of doing things someone else's way and decided to do it their own way. if you're going to do it your own way, then it's got to be different then everybody else or there's no point! right?
maria's is different, unlike anybody else. maybe not "traditional", maybe not "authentic", maybe not what you were expecting. but always delicious! simply put, it's mexican with a twist.
